  • Purpose: Evaluating musical submissions for potential signing, release, or distribution across Fuzion Music, Redfields Records, or Label6 Records.

B. Contact Forms & Inquiries

When you reach out via our contact forms or press emails:

  • Purpose: Responding to media requests, general inquiries, or licensing questions.

  • Web Hosting & Infrastructure: Managed server providers maintaining our website database under strict data processor agreements (DPAs).

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if legally required by law enforcement, judicial order, or Dutch regulatory authorities.

5. How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Demo Submissions: Unreleased/rejected demo submissions and related personal data are retained for up to 12 months for A&R tracking, after which they are securely purged.

  • Signed Artist Data: Personal information associated with signed contracts, royalty accounting, and catalog metadata is retained for at least 7 years to satisfy statutory Dutch fiscal and accounting obligations (fiscale bewaarplicht).

  • User Accounts & Comments: Comments and metadata are retained indefinitely to streamline follow-up moderation. Registered account profiles remain active until deletion is requested by the user.
